Girl Scouts of Western Ohio welcomes your interest in obtaining more information about becoming a Girl Scout. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
If you are a girl under the age of 18 years old, wanting to become a Girl Scout, you will need to involve a parent or guardian. Due to child safety laws*, Girl Scouts, 5-17 years old, cannot register. A parent or guardian must complete the information on this form and give permission for their daughter to join.
This is an interest form only! You will still need to complete a girl registration form.
If your daughter would like to become a Girl Scout, please complete the information below, then click the Submit button. A volunteer or paid staff in your local area will contact you.
